Replacement Management Assistance (RMA) ProcedureTo request assistance under this warranty, the customer must open an official RMA (Replacement Management Assistance) case through our customer support system.How to submit an RMA:

• Log into your Pelikoodit.com account and submit a support ticket, or
• Email our support team with your order number
• Clearly describe the problem encountered

We aim to respond to all RMA requests within 24–48 hours during business days.4. Proof of Non-FunctionalityCustomers are required to provide sufficient evidence that the product key is defective. Acceptable proof includes, but is not limited to:

• Clear screenshots of error messages
• Video recordings of the activation/redemption attempt (showing the full process)
• Photos or screenshots of relevant platform account information (if applicable)

Failure to provide adequate proof may result in the rejection of the warranty claim. All submitted materials must be legible and clearly demonstrate the issue.5. Region-Free PolicyAll game products sold on Pelikoodit.com are region-free unless otherwise clearly stated on the individual product page. Region-free means the key can be activated from any geographic region.However, customers acknowledge that certain publishers or platforms may impose additional regional restrictions, account linking requirements, or VPN detection measures. Pelikoodit.com is not responsible for any such publisher-side or platform-side limitations that prevent activation after the key has been successfully delivered.6. Scope of Warranty – What is CoveredOur warranty covers the following situations:

• The delivered key is invalid or has already been used/redeemed prior to delivery to the customer
• The key fails to activate due to technical defects on the publisher’s side at the time of first activation attempt
• Delivery of an incorrect product key (wrong platform or edition)

7. Exclusions – What is Not CoveredThis warranty does not cover:

• Activation failures caused by the customer using the key on the wrong platform, wrong account, or incorrect region
• Any issues arising after successful activation (e.g., key revoked, banned, or limited by the publisher at a later date)
• Problems related to the customer’s hardware, software, internet connection, or account status
• Keys that have been shared, resold, or transferred to third parties
• Customer’s inability to activate due to platform maintenance, regional restrictions, or sanctions
• Requests made after the 7-day reclamation period

      Resolution OptionsOnce an RMA is approved, Pelikoodit.com will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement product with a new valid key of the same product (subject to availability)

• The customer must attempt activation immediately after receiving the key
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting an RMA
• The customer must not attempt to activate or redeem the key on multiple accounts or share it publicly

10. Final Provisions

• These Warranty Terms form an integral part of the Terms of Service of Pelikoodit.com.
• Pelikoodit.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force at the time of purchase.
• In case of any dispute, the customer agrees to first attempt amicable resolution through our support team before taking any legal action.
• Finnish law applies to these Warranty Terms.
